Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of the Boxing Coach mobile app, web app, content, and related services.
Boxing and fitness training can cause serious injury. Boxing Coach does not monitor your condition, surroundings, technique, or equipment. You are responsible for choosing a safe workout and stopping immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, faintness, shortness of breath beyond normal exertion, or any unusual symptom.
1. Accepting these terms
By accessing or using Boxing Coach, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. If you use Boxing Coach for an organization or on behalf of another person, you confirm you are authorized to accept these terms for them.
2. Fitness and safety
- Boxing Coach provides general fitness and boxing information. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation, or a substitute for an in-person qualified coach.
- Consult an appropriate healthcare professional before beginning or changing an exercise program, especially if you have an injury, medical condition, pregnancy, or concerns about exercise.
- Train in a clear area with suitable footwear, wraps, gloves, equipment, hydration, and supervision where appropriate.
- Do not use the app while driving or in any situation where audio or screen interaction would be unsafe.
- Anyone below the age of legal majority must have permission and appropriate supervision from a parent or guardian.
3. Accounts and accuracy
An account is optional for core guest workouts. If you create one, you are responsible for access to the linked Apple or Google account and for providing accurate information. Notify us through Support if you believe your account is compromised.
Workout metrics, calorie figures, training recommendations, streaks, and similar outputs may be estimates. Do not treat estimates as measured medical or performance data.
4. Acceptable use
You may not:
- Use the service unlawfully or to harm, threaten, or harass others.
- Attempt to bypass security, access another account, or disrupt the service.
- Copy, scrape, resell, redistribute, or create a competing content library from Boxing Coach audio, programs, designs, or software, except where law expressly permits.
- Upload malicious code or content that violates another person's rights.
- Present Boxing Coach instructions as professional medical or individualized coaching advice.
5. Content and ownership
Boxing Coach and its licensors retain all rights in the software, visual identity, audio, programs, text, graphics, and other service content. We grant you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for your own lawful training.
You retain rights in profile photos or other content you submit. You grant us the limited permission needed to host, process, display, and delete that content as required to provide the feature you selected.
6. Purchases and Premium
If paid features are offered, the price, billing period, trial terms, and included benefits will be shown before purchase. Mobile purchases are processed by Apple or Google, with RevenueCat used to validate the purchase and determine Premium access, and are also governed by the applicable store terms. Basic and Medium training, purchasing Premium, and restoring Premium do not require a Boxing Coach account. Optional sign-in can link Premium to a Boxing Coach account for supported cross-device access. Premium is a one-time purchase with no recurring charge. Deleting the app or a Boxing Coach account does not refund or erase the underlying store transaction.
Refunds are handled under applicable law and the store's refund rules. Features and prices may change prospectively; we will provide notice where required.
7. Availability and changes
We may update, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue features. We aim to keep core workouts reliable, but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service. Offline, account, audio, notification, or third-party service failures may affect availability.
8. Third-party services
Optional sign-in, hosting, storage, distribution, and purchase features may depend on Apple, Google, Firebase, Netlify, RevenueCat, and other providers. Their services are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.
9. Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Boxing Coach is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Boxing Coach and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost data, lost profits, or losses arising from unsafe training, misuse, reliance on estimates, or service interruption. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service at any time and can delete a signed-in account in the app. We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, enforce these terms, comply with law, or respond to misuse. Sections intended to survive termination—including ownership, disclaimers, and liability limits—continue to apply.
11. Governing rules and changes
Applicable consumer-protection and mandatory local laws remain in effect. We may update these terms as the service evolves. We will update the date above and provide additional notice when required. Continuing to use the service after an effective update means you accept the revised terms.
