Boxing Coach Support
Tell us what happened and include the device, app version, and steps that led to the issue. Do not send passwords or sensitive medical data.
Account deletion
Open Profile → Account & Data → Delete Account. This removes the signed-in account and cloud fighter profile and clears Boxing Coach data from that device.
Workout audio
Check device volume, Silent Mode, Focus settings, Bluetooth output, and the Audio Cues switch. Include your output device when reporting an audio issue.
Training reminders
Reminders require notification permission and are scheduled on the device. Check Notifications for Boxing Coach in system settings.
Physical safety
Stop training if you feel unwell or injured. This form is not an emergency or medical service. Contact local emergency services or a qualified professional when needed.
Send a support request
For privacy requests, choose Account deletion or privacy. We may need to verify account ownership before acting on a request.
